  • PHASE 01

    We’ll develop our ideas and propose products and finishes to suit.

    We begin to curate a personalised shopping list for you with furnishing options and materials specifications with cost information to suit your budget. This is when your project really comes to life!

    We produce technical CAD drawings to scale on our architectural software for your project.

  • Planning a great design scheme and procuring great pieces is vital, but a project only flourishes if the implementation is on point.

    We schedule your project and liaise with all appointed contractor and specialists so that the sequences of works are completed, moving the project to the final stages as efficiently as possible.

    We offer regular site visits to ensure works are being executed to the desired standard, easing any burden of project management away from you.

    We can help to consolidate your deliveries so everything arrives in one go for convenience and ease. We are on hand to accept and unpack orders.

    We dress and style the space, placing all furniture and accessories in place. Once the final flourishes are complete, we hand over the project.

  • We provide styling services for photographers, home owners and businesses looking for some staging whether it is to help sell your property, or simply provide a guiding hand to make your project look cohesive and considered.

    Most of the time you have the wonderful items already and they just need to be curated in the right manner.

  • After filling out the client application, you'll hear back within 48 business hours. (M—F) If Consult by FD is a fit for your project, a introductory call will be set up to discuss details. From there, you'll be guided through the studio's booking process.

    Note: Consult by FD typically books out 3-4 months in advance.

  • Timelines are estimated based on the project scope.

    We work in phases and However, brand projects typically span 8-12 weeks. Note these timelines reflect the concept, design and production dr awings and do not include the renovation process which depends on many other variables.

  • Design quotes are created on a project-to-project basis, determined by the project scope. Before a custom proposal is created, budget and flexible options for payment plans will be discussed on a consultation call.
