At checkout you’ll be asked for payment and we’ll also require you to complete an online questionnaire where we’ll capture some background information on your project.

We use our industry leading software to digitally prepare your mood boards and presentation embracing all modern means of communication to work seamlessly with you. We submit the presentations to you at each stage to ensure you contain control and that we all remain true to the original brief.

Alternatively, if you live within the M25 and you’d rather have us visit site and measure on your behalf you can add our In Person Service to your cart at checkout and we’ll be in touch to organise a visit that suits.

Our clients tend to be people that have seen our portfolio and love our work, share our vision and trust our process. If there is any element in our proposals you are not confident in we can accommodate up to 5 revisions in both our Fundamental and Premium packages.
Our goal throughout the whole process is to make you feel supported and remain true to your original brief and budget. Remember you are in charge in approving each stage so we won’t develop the design until you’ve approved each deliverable.

It typically take us two weeks to create a project but it really does depend on how quickly you can respond to each deliverable. We will not proceed to the next stage of your design until we have secured your approval.

We aim to set you up for project success and do this by getting each stage of your design approved as we progress through the project.
You might have some questions that pop up once you begin on executing your design e.g. a product being out of stock and you’d like our help sourcing an alternative. We’ll be available to respond to reasonable requests like this during our working hours via email.

We offer additional services such as lighting plans and joinery drawings if your project requires such bespoke elements. We pride ourselves on being approachable so please get in touch with your requirements and we can move the conversation on from there.
Our aim with our online interior design service is to provide you with the necessary tools to start your project with us from anywhere in the world. Interior design is often seen as a luxury and we believe everyone deserves to feel the wellbeing of a well-planned interior tailored to them. We have designed these packages to be accessible and help kick start your own bespoke project room by room. Simply choose which service would be of most value to you and start from there, you can always choose additional services further down the road to complement if necessary.
